Refund Policy

If you need to return any stock items, purchased from and delivered by American Wood Moldings, please contact us at stevenichols.awm@gmail.com. You must include the invoice number, description, and quantity of the items you wish to return. Once you contact us and the return is approved, we will issue a return material authorization (RMA) number.

Please Note: Special order materials are not refundable or returnable.

American Wood Moldings will not accept shipments of returned items without a RMA number issued and clearly printed on the returned package. All accepted returns from the customer can be either exchanged or customer can receive credit towards future product orders.

Items are returnable within 30 days of purchase. Returnable items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and canceled orders are subject to a 25% cancelation charge. Shipping charges for return items, are the responsibility of the customer returning the items, and are to be paid directly by the customer to the carrier, before returning the items to American Wood Moldings.

We do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered items due to customer error. Special orders are not returnable or refundable. All items returned must be in good condition and are subject to American Wood Moldings inspection. Damaged, dirty, clearance, and cut materials are not refundable.  All past due invoices are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month or (18%) which is assessed on all past due invoices according to terms.
